1. Agreement to Terms

By using A1 Cars Private Hire services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of journey as agreed
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• Prices quoted are subject to change based on distance, time, and additional requirements
• Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations

3. Service Provision

A1 Cars Private Hire will make every effort to provide the service as booked. However, we reserve the right to:

• Substitute vehicles of similar or higher specification if necessary
• Refuse service if passenger behavior is inappropriate or dangerous
• Terminate service if the safety of the driver or vehicle is compromised

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
• Provide accurate journey details and contact information
• Behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers
• Not smoke or consume alcohol in the vehicle
• Ensure children are accompanied by a responsible adult
• Compensate for any damage caused to the vehicle

5. Liability

A1 Cars Private Hire maintains appropriate insurance cover. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including traffic, weather, or vehicle breakdown. Passengers are advised to allow adequate time for airport and important appointments.

6. Lost Property

While we make reasonable efforts to return lost property, A1 Cars Private Hire is not responsible for items left in vehicles. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left something in one of our vehicles.
